Financial infrastructure for West African logistics.
ChargelPay Inc builds and operates Aywa, the freight-payment platform that gets carriers paid in 24 hours instead of 30+ days — at zero cost to shippers, through regulated partner banks.
Freight doesn't wait. Neither should the people who move it.
ChargelPay Inc is a United States (Delaware) incorporated technology company. We design, build, and operate financial products for the logistics sector in West Africa, where the freight market exceeds US$27 billion yet carriers routinely wait weeks — sometimes months — to be paid for completed deliveries.
Our first product, Aywa, closes that gap. When a carrier's cash is stuck in unpaid invoices, trucks stay parked and supply chains slow down. Aywa turns validated freight invoices into immediate liquidity, so the next trip is funded before the last one is even settled.

Aywa — the financial engine of West African logistics.
Aywa is a freight-payment platform connecting shippers, carriers, and licensed partner banks. Carriers submit their invoice and signed proof of delivery from a phone; the shipper validates in one click; Aywa advances the funds. The carrier is paid within 24 hours, and the shipper settles on its usual 30/60/90-day terms.
For shippers
Keep your payment terms and your cash. Your carriers get paid in 24 hours, your freight documents live in one dashboard, and every validation is time-stamped for audit.
For carriers
No bank file, no collateral, no debt. Your delivery track record is enough. Upload an invoice and signed delivery note in two minutes — from any smartphone, even in low-coverage areas.
For the supply chain
A carrier with cash is a truck that moves. Faster carrier payment means more accepted loads, fewer parked trucks, and a freight network that keeps flowing.
Four steps, from delivery to payment.
Delivery signed
The consignee signs the delivery note. The carrier photographs it and submits the invoice from the Aywa app.
Shipper validates
The shipper gets a notification on the dashboard and confirms in one click. The file moves to financing.
Aywa advances the funds
The payment is prepared and sent through a regulated partner bank. For the carrier it's an advance on a receivable — not a loan.
Carrier paid in 24h
The money lands in the carrier's account. The shipper settles with Aywa at its usual due date.
Built for freight. Structured like a bank.
Aywa operates within a strict regulatory framework, in partnership with licensed banking institutions in the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU).
Regulated partner banks
Financing operations are carried through banks licensed by the BCEAO. Funds move through dedicated, tracked bank accounts.
Factoring, not debt
Carriers assign a receivable; they don't borrow. Nothing is recorded as a loan on their balance sheet.
Full audit trail
Every invoice, validation, and transfer is archived and time-stamped — available to you and your auditors at any time.
Data protection
End-to-end encryption and strict access controls, in accordance with Senegal's Law 2008-12 and Côte d'Ivoire's Law 2013-450 on personal data.
